International

There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. If you require more Information on what duties or taxes may be due upon delivery, please contact your local customs office. If the customer refuses to pay for the legal duties and taxes on a shipment, Linen is not responsible for the potential repercussions with the postal service. 

If the package was not delivered to the customer, due to provision of an incorrect address upon checkout, Linen

 will not be held responsible and will not be able to offer the customer a refund.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are using DHL as our shipping agent. Our local delivery (In Kuwait) orders are set to a flat fee of 3KWD.

Customs charges may apply based on your country's charges.

 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Return/Refund
All sales are FINAL, you are not eligible to return an item once payment confirmation is received for orders.
We allow customers to return/exchange the item purchased under the below circumstances:
The item received is damaged and is reported about it to us within 24hrs.
